Head of Design and Innovation at King’s College

Eden has an artistic career background and was fascinated by the internet since early childhood being a self-taught developer. She is passionate about digital design and development, love working with people and think of herself as a leader rather than a manager; holding the belief that every project relies on empowered people, fruitful collaboration and teamwork.

Eden has a holistic view of the design and build process as she’s got hands on experience with UX design as well as web development. She knows how systems work and the technologies behind them as well as what users want and need. She previously lead various digital projects solving challenges such as complexed e-commerce checkout user flows and synchronous, asynchronous and blended e-learning platforms.
She currently works at King’s College London as the Head of Design and Innovation responsible for King’s Online product design and innovation strategy, product roadmap as well as cross-collaboration of the Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Media and User Experience teams.
